Dr. Joshua Riback of Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is seeking a postdoctoral associate to lead fundamental new directions in his laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology. Dr. Riback’s lab focuses on the cell biology of RNA protein assembly (e.g., ribosome biogenesis) and physics of biological condensates using quantitative microscopy. The candidate will develop computational approaches that explore the underlying principles of biological condensates aiming to connect biophysical properties to cellular function. The candidate will have ample opportunities to interface with experimentalists in the Riback lab.
