We invite you to Pfizer for our new organizational structure; Global Operations Services Center which delivers services to Europe,AfME, LATAM, NA and APAC from PfizerTurkey.
We will hire Data Operations Specialists who will be accountable for the delivery of allservicesinscopeof the Global Operations Services Center.We support commercial,marketingand medicalback-office activities such asincentive calculation,sales&activity reporting, e-permissionsoperations,CustomerFacingColleague(CFC)relatedeffectivenessservices,tools & application day to day administration and working with peers across the team.
We are looking for:
Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
Service oriented/Customer service mindset
Excellent IT literacy/knowledgerequired(technology savvy)
Experience in commercial system administration
Preferable knowledge in CRM & commercial toolsbased onSalesforce.com,such asPforcRX, Veeva Vault, etc.
Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas, parameters)
Experience in data stewardship,reportingand analytics delivery
Background in pharmaceutical market preferable though not essential
Self-motivated
High levelof independent andservice orientedworking attitude
Able todemonstratestrong analytical and quantitative skills
Abletofact-based challenge and detail oriented
Good communicationand interpersonal skills
Good team player
Understanding of cultural differences and desire to work in a multicultural environment
Fluency in both written and verbal English isa must.
You will be expected to:
Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope
Deliver reporting and analytics tocommercialoperations colleagues
Deliver data extractions from multiples databases
Delivercalculation, attainment, monthly data upload,validationsand reporting ofCFCincentives
Manage and administer in scopeCFC& marketing related applicationse.g.SFA, promotional materials
Deliver self-service technical configuration ofCFCrelated applications
Propose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced
Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan
Follow SLA & guidelines and timelineestablishedfor the team
Deliver high quality for any activities in scope
Proposecontinuous improvement of processes in scope
Developsubjectmatterexpertisefor one or more dataprocessin scope
